The home sits on a large lot with great views of the Rocky Mountains and of Winter Park Resort. There is a 2 car garage for your use as well as ample parking in the driveway. (The owners will be using 1/2 of the garage when they are occupying the basement apartment.)
Lowest Level: Entry from the garage. Washer and Dryer and access to the Owner's part time apartment.
Second Floor: Kitchen, living, dining with large table., deck off of dining room, wood floors......

These 2 rooms share a bathroom which contains a walk-in shower, a single sink

Bedroom 3: 2 sets of twin bunks ( 4 twin beds)
Bedroom 4: Master with Queen bed.
These 2 rooms share a bathroom. Shower, tub and wood floors.
