This home has 3600 square feet on three levels. The main floor level has a bedroom with a queen sized bed, attached full bathroom, great room with a large TV and fireplace, kitchen stocked with essential amenities for you to use and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The upstairs has a master bedroom with a King sized bed, TV and attached bathroom with two sinks, shower and jetted bathtub. Additionally, there are two separate bedrooms; both with queen sized beds and a hallway full bathroom.
The lower level has a space of its own with an entertainment area: pull out couch, chairs, tables and TV, full bathroom and bedroom with 3 bunk beds.
This home is great for accommodating small and large vacationing parties.
Just minutes from Winter Park Ski Area, Sol Vista Ski Area, Lakes Granby, Grand and Shadow Mountain, Grand Lake shopping and dining, Hot Sulphur Springs, and Devils Thumb Ranch and Pole Creek Golf course, you have many opportunities for your vacation.
This home also has DirecTV, Wireless Internet and a 2 car garage with ski storage.
NOTE: The primary renter and signer of the contract must be 25 years old and include a valid Drivers License with the signed contract.
